These terms tell you the rules for using our website noordinarypaper.com (the “site”). Please read them carefully before you use the site. By using the site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Using our site

The site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons. You are responsible for making sure that anyone who accesses the site through your internet connection is aware of these terms and follows them.

The content on the site is provided for general information only. It is not advice on which you should rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the site up to date, we make no promise that the content is accurate, complete or current.

Product performance: the photographs and demonstrations on the site, including water, spill, stain and wash tests, show how our products can perform and are for illustration. Results can vary with the printer or copier, toner, settings and conditions of use. For best results, please follow the printing guidance supplied with the product.

7. Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

If you are a business user, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations that may apply to the site or its content, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, delict (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or any content on it. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer, we only provide the site for domestic and private use. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, but not for loss that was not foreseeable.

8. Viruses, hacking and other offences

Doing so may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, and you must not frame the site on any other website. 12. Which law applies

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by Scots law. If you are a business, the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland, or, if you live in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses the site. You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not use it:

• in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

If we decide you have breached this policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including withdrawing your right to use the site, issuing a warning, taking legal action, and disclosing information to law enforcement authorities.
